Spitzer opponent Tom Suozzi has tried to make health and medicaid reform a big issue in this campaign, saying Spitzer has fallen down on the job in this regard, but has gained no traction. Suozzi has aired, essentially, one TV commercial during the campaign one that didn't mention Spitzer, Paterson, Medicaid or hospital reform.
