Jo's Cafe points to a new study showing more voter fraud is committed by Democrats than Republicans and asks, "So...Jesse Jackson, what you got to say about that?"

The group that did the study, The American Center for Voting Rights, which only formed in February, says it is non-partisan. Here's the kicker quote, though:

"It should be easy to vote but tough to cheat," said Mark F. "Thor" Hearne, ACVR Legislative Fund Counsel.

Most law-abiding citizens wouldn't have a problem with that.
