The Daily News has a piece today on Thao Nguyen, who was flashed on a New York City subway and who used her camera phone to snap a shot of the criminal in, um, action.

This story sounded familiar. A few weeks ago,Amy Langfield linked to BrooklynGirl, who caught a different flasher, but who didn't get any Page 1 headlines.

One flasher looks creepier than the other.
