London isn't the only place this week where terrorists are getting caught before their bombs are doing damage:

TIKRIT, Iraq – Task Force Liberty Soldiers detained three terrorists after observing them attempting to emplace a roadside bomb in Samarra July 30.

A group of terrorists was trying to place a 155mm artillery round in a hole one of them had been digging earlier.

One terrorist was killed when the Soldiers engaged the group.

During a search of the area two 155 mm rounds, wire, and a cell phone were found inside a nearby car.

A few more, and this might be called a trend.
