It is amazing that the media criticizes Sid Rosenberg and puts him down and makes derogatory comments about his approach on Imus, but repeats everything he says and does since that's what gets people's attention. Sid is a great guy, who has tremendous ability when it comes to sports knowledge. Any program or station that does not recognize this is missing out.

Good !!! He deserved it. Not just for his woman olympian comments but also for his racist comments about venus and serena williams and his stupid remarks last week on wfan (I had to turn the dial or else I would have ran off the road) about Black Male athletes and johnny cochran. If any people should understand racism jewish people sure should.

Rosenberg is a ignorant racist. WFAN should never let him back on the air. He's had more than enough chances to make an asso f himself and he's taken advantage of every one of them.

Sid is basically the only funny thing on IMUS anymore and as far as sports talk goes would you rather have a fat arogant know it all like francesa or someone who actually listens to fans thoughts and has a sense of humor and if you dont like him DONT LISTEN

I love the Imus show and listen to it every day but without Sid its not the same. I thought he was the funniest one on the show. I miss him and hope he comes back.

I never noticed how wild Sid was b/c I only listen to the posts from the web site. Reading some of his "material" WFAN does not need to continue giving him a forum.

I heard it was confirmed that Sid was in rehab, but not whether it was for gambling or substance abuse...regardless...we love you Sid!

Sid got cornered into a rehab vacation. He was missing on air appearances, and apparently hit the abuse Trifecta of booze, gambling and cocaine. During Imus this morning, he spoke of a near-miss contemplating suicide during one of his lows. He looks like he's dropped a little weight, and he appeared to take the ribbing in good humor.

Sid is the best thing that ever happend to raido! He is going through a very difficult time right now and we need to do everything we can to support him. Sid we LOVE YOU!

Sid will be brought back. Look at all of the publicity he has generated for Imus. Imus has a soft spot in his heart for Sid. The IMan can relate to Sid's addictions. Don Imus generates more revenue for the FAN than all of it's shows combined. He can do just about anything he wants...and he wants Sid back.

Those of you who think Sid is a racist have no idea who he is. It is clear to me that Sid knows his sports and in my opinion was the fall guy when it did not pan out as some wanted.
