New York radio veteran Scott Shannon is trying something new: a web-based, nothing-but-oldies music station called "TrueOldiesChannel.com"

WHERE DO WE START?... LESS DEE-JAY BABBLE, NO BILLY JOEL, ELTON JOHN OR DOOBIE BROS., (THEY ARE FINE ARTISTS, BUT DO YOU WANNA HEAR 'EM ON YOUR OLDIES STATION YET?)

That's almost as bad as hearing "Sympathy for the Devil" on Lite FM.

havent heard THE TERROR OF HIGHWAY 101, dont know when or who put it out but had to be late 50s or early sixties, thanks, gary
